President, Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary
President Earle Treptow has served WELS congregations from British Columbia to Colorado and led the Nebraska District before being called to head Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in 2019. A systematic theology and Old Testament professor, he brings decades of pastoral experience and a gospel-centered perspective on what it means to stand with courage when the heat is on.

Talking about Jesus doesn’t have to be awkward or weird. In this encouraging and practical seminar, we’ll explore how to share our faith at work, in our communities, and with friends and family in ways that are natural, respectful, and grounded in the Gospel.
Pastoring Your Household: Rhythms of head, heart, and habit
Every man is called to be a shepherd in his household, no matter how big or small his family. This means leading in the areas of how we learn and think about God’s Word, how we deepen our faith, and how we live for and serve our Lord.

Faith Focused Tools for Marriage and Dating
This session will offer practical, Christ-centered guidance for men as they build healthy relationships with the opposite gender. Topics include communication, listening, servant leadership, and responding well to challenges. Whether you are in a relationship or preparing for one in the future, you are encouraged to join us.
Christ in the Hallways
Teenagers have always been hard for adults to understand, and every generation feels that tension in its own way. In his everyday work on a high school campus, Pastor Snyder keeps this simple perspective: 'I was once a teenager, too, and when I was a teen, I needed a Savior, just as I do now.' Together, we’ll explore how that perspective can shape the way we understand, support, and disciple teens today.
When Lightning Strikes: A Deeper Look at an A-dulting Faith
When did your faith become real to you? In 1 Corinthians 13, the Apostle Paul draws a distinction between childhood and adulthood: "When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me." Growing into the adult version of yourself takes time, courage, humility, and perseverance, and the same is true of faith. In this talk, we will have a challenging conversation about the needs of “A-dulting” young people working into adulthood and how generations can walk together toward maturing faith.
